We will promptly liaise with the logistics team to arrange for redelivery (additional delivery re-arrange fee may charge by NZ Post).
HOW TO RETURNS?
NZ Cases strives to
make the return process as simple as possible. Non-customized orders can be
returned within 14 days of purchase. Please provide us with the order number
and receipt, and ensure that the goods and packaging are intact and undamaged
to qualify for a return. Contact us to send the returned item to the designated
address. Please note that return shipping costs due to personal reasons will be
borne by the customer, and original shipping fees for the product itself are
non-refundable.
WARRANTY
Brand products have brand after-sales service, other products have a 6-month warranty.

Free Shipping in New Zealand except for rural addresses.
